And They're Off, 2008
The appeal of this painting is the bobbing helmets. The challenge was to get the horses moving legs correctly. Some are foreshortened or in some awkward position. It was a great drawing exercise while I watched the Kentucky Derby. watercolor, 11"x14" $325. Also available as standard print. |
